Do you have any idea how excited I was today when I opened my emailbox and found a precious delivery straight off The Killers' mailing list?
Today, September 22, The Killers released the first single from their third studio album Day & Age
The song is titled Human and is, for lack of better words, prettydurnamazing.

As you can tell, I'm a major Killers fan. I've known their music for a while now, and its cinematic qualities really draw me in.

As I sat at my computer, mouth hanging half-open due to my clogged nose, I began to realize how many people I know are sick. It seems to me, that by the time the second week of school moseyed on over, everybody and his best friend was sick. First I felt bad for my sickly classmates, but soon (far too soon, If you ask me) I was one of them a slow moving shadow of my former self with no voice to complain about it.

As the fall TV season nears (OMG! Gossip Girl Season 2 premieres September 1st!) I've prepared my DVR for the incoming onslaught of shows to record. I've set up my prioritizer (you know the thing where you put in the order of how much you like each TV show. In case there is a recording conflict, the DVR records the show that's higher on the list) exactly to my preference, although I don't think there will be any conflicts.
