In my opinion, there should be a camping trip for Seniors. I love the outdoors, toasting marshmallows, and being with my frie nds. The only thing I hate about it is MOSQUITOES and sleeping on the FLOOR. Mosquitoes are like overly annoying. You know…

A Senior Proposal: Graduation

So after four years - nay 12 years, of hard work and dedication you come to this day. The day you wake up and say: "Hey, I'm graduating.."

That day came for me on Sunday. I joined 276 of my closest classmates to dress up, as what I like to call Twinkies, in golden robes to process the isles and across the stage to collect.

For some this means its time to let the tears roll down their cheeks and for others like myself, it's time to celebrate. Honestly, I couldn't have been happier on Sunday. I… Continue

WE'RE BACK!

Sorry I have not posted in forever, but I have used the time to settle into and enjoy senior year.

If you like, I can still review colleges for you, but in this post, I would really like to talk about life.

In a very short time (a few months), my priori… Continue

A Senior Proposal: New York City

Toward the end of my summer after my extended stay in Syracuse, NY, (get the 411 on SU in the next post) I visited the glamorous New York City.

I had not been to the city in two years and always thought of myself as a “New Yorker once removed,” since my dad spent his early years there, so I was pretty excited to return.

I couldn’t wait to hear the midnight sirens, see the lights that were never shut off, and blend in with the fast-paced streetwalkers. As I expected, I loved the city and was gl… Continue
