yeah the music was pretty cool. I didn't really get the whole 80's thing though, and I was a little depressed Ryan Reynolds didn't take his shirt off. I mean, that's the reason he's hired. lol.

I completely agree, Adventureland does not seem like the kind of movie that would provide a lot more than cheap laughs but it definitely delivered! I loved how romantic it was especially to reflect the whole i'm-not-sure-what-i-want kind of relation…

Adventureland = Awesome

It seems like the romantic comedy with an indie twist is the latest craze in young Hollywood, and to be honest, I'm loving it. Juno set it off with the dark-haired mess (Ellen Page) and skinny curly-haired dork (Michael Cera) as the leading roles. As an Indian, the terrorist attacks in Mumbai have really been devastating to me and my family. I just don't understand the root of this violence. How can people think murder is the solution to anything?! I

Politics: Obama's Picks

Is it just me, or is the inauguration date just a litttttleee bit too late? The Obama campaign is incredibly organized, probably one of the most well prepared to date. All this transitioning time isn't REEEEAAAALLLLLLYYYY necessary is it? A lot can happen from now to January 20... It's kind of scary to think that we could be in an even BIGGER mess by then. Will Obama have the power to clean it up? I hope so.

So far he's selected:
-Robert Gates to remain in the position of Secretary of Defense

Popular Culture: The Olympics

So, is it just me or are this year’s Olympics absolutely INSANE! China sets off the Olympic season with evicting people from their homes so that they can build the Bird’s Nest, then journalists (just like me!) aren’t allowed to cover the events! I mean seriously? This is an international sporting event China, you’ve gotta allow at least international media to get through (even though I think the domestic journalists should totally be allowed to freedom of speech as well, but there’s no way they’… Continue
